PRODUCTION ENCODER

About the role

As a Production Encoder, you will be responsible for inputting, managing, and maintaining production data with precision and efficiency, directly supporting our operational excellence and business objectives.

• Accurately input production data, batch information, and related records into the company's database and management systems
• Maintain organised records of production activities, ensuring all information is current and accessible
• Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission, identifying and correcting errors
• Process production documents and reports in a timely manner to support operational workflows
• Generate production reports and summaries as required by management
• Communicate with production team members to clarify data requirements and ensure information accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive production and business information
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the production department

• Proficiency in data entry with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Competency in word processing and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Word, Excel or similar)
• Strong typing skills with the ability to maintain consistent accuracy under time pressure
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
• Familiarity with production environments or manufacturing operations (preferred)
• Experience with database management systems or enterprise software (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
