Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the seamless execution of warehouse operations business process and deliver the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly volume objectives in the areas of outbound/inbound, storage, pick/pack, order fulfillment, returns, and product recovery.

• Assign the workload with clear target to the different personnel
• Review the need for the extension of the work schedule and authorize overtime
• Approve the withdrawal of materials and operating supplies
• Handle operational and tactical issues and immediately resolve, escalate to the Warehouse Management matters requiring management intervention
• Assumes full accountability of the stocks, materials, and assets deployed in its area of assignment
• Handle all reportorial requirements covering the warehouse operations
• Provide inputs to the Warehouse Manager for the preparation of the budget
• Manage actual expenditure
• Execute the Business Contingency Plan (BCP) for warehouse operations
• Liaise with the Manpower Agency Coordinator for matters concerning outsourced personnel
• Handle other support activities as may be assigned by the Head of DC Operations and management
