Job Description
Posted on 16 June 2026- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production targets and communicate them clearly to all personnel;
- Manage daily workflow, assign tasks, and oversee work schedules to ensure maximum efficiency;
- Guide, coach, and supervise staff, while monitoring overall productivity and work quality;
- Ensure safe operation of all machinery and equipment, and coordinate regular maintenance schedules;
- Assist in quality control, inventory management, and coordination of export/logistics operations;
- Perform other related duties as may be reasonably assigned by the management. by the management.
- Excellent written in Chinese and verbal communication skills in Chinese Managemnt .
- Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or respond to emergency situations as required. •
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with maintenance management
