SUMMARY:
Experienced Account Executive with a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our range of food ingredients and beverage solutions to clients in the NCR, North, South Luzon, and Cebu areas.Focus on building long-term partnerships and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts.
- Business Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Present product solutions and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's food ingredients and beverage solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Territory Management:
- Effectively manage the assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute sales visits and presentations.
- Attend industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food ingredients or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage market in the Philippines (NCR, North, South Luzon, Cebu).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
