- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and account updates
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Encode and update customer records accurately
- Maintain service quality and meet performance targets
- Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
- At least High School / Senior High School graduate
- No call center experience required
- With B2 English communication level
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Good communication and listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Fresh graduates are welcome
