Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Supcart PH. Based in our Pasig City office, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers' needs are met with the utmost care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate details on products, services, pricing, and maintenance
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Process service requests, orders, and account updates
  • Meet with clients when needed for product demos, consultations, or service discussions
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Stay updated on product changes, industry trends, and service practices
  • Support retention efforts and upselling opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback to improve services and experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Preferably with experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of conducting professional client meetings and presentations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Willing to travel locally for meetings or presentations when needed
  • Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented
