About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Finance team. This role supports the FP&A Manager in financial planning, analysis, and tax compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly actuals, variance analysis, and forecasting for country reporting.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and monthly budget reviews.
- Ensure 100% compliance with tax deadlines and filings (EWT, VAT, FBT, LOA, audits).
- Support month-end closing, ARCS reconciliation, and ICONS accounting controls review.
- Facilitate commercial modeling, CAPEX budgeting, and business case analysis for new projects.
- Participate in regional finance projects and annual financial audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A, General Ledger, and Tax.
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Finance ERP systems; advanced computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
