Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, developing and deploying production-ready AI systems.

You’ll work alongside product designers, software engineers and technical leadership to create intelligent capabilities that become central to a new generation of AI-powered business platforms.

From intelligent recommendations and knowledge systems through to autonomous AI agents and predictive analytics, you’ll help shape products that transform the way organisations operate.

• Design, build and deploy production AI solutions.
• Develop scalable machine learning and data pipelines.
• Integrate large language models into software platforms.
• Build and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Evaluate, fine-tune and deploy open-source and commercial AI models.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver customer-facing AI capabilities.
• Research emerging AI technologies and recommend practical adoption.
• Optimise AI systems for performance, reliability and cost.
• Contribute to technical architecture and long-term AI strategy.
• 4+ years building AI or machine learning solutions.
• Experience deploying production AI systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector search and prompt engineering.
• Excellent Python development skills.
• A passion for solving real-world business problems through AI.
