- At least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce development or related CRM platforms
- Experience working with Apex, Lightning components (Aura or LWC), or Visualforce
- Exposure to building custom features, integrations, or data-related processes within Salesforce
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including workflows, automation, and security
- Experience writing queries using SOQL or similar database languages
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or external system connections is an advantage
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Preferably based in Metro Manila or nearby areas, with willingness to report onsite in Makati if needed
- Convert functional requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while contributing to clear and well-structured technical documentation
- Design, build, test, and maintain custom Salesforce features, including integrations, data migration processes, and Community-based interfaces
- Oversee and support system integrations and Salesforce environments, including configuration, org management, and package control
- Maintain system stability by monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting live Salesforce applications
- Adhere to development standards, actively participate in code reviews, and deliver reliable effort estimates and task breakdowns
- Leverage Salesforce Dataflow Editor and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, JSON) for complex data processing tasks
- Identify and propose enhancements to system architecture, development workflows, and release processes
- Implement and manage platform functionalities such as security settings, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools
- Develop and optimize data queries using SOQL, SAQL, and SQL to support performance and reporting needs
