About the Role
Three Peaks International is actively seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to support the expansion of its offshore credit operations. The role is integral to our middle-office delivery team, assisting with the assessment and processing of complex commercial and residential loan applications for the Australian financial market.
This is not a static role — we are looking for successful candidate who brings not only technical credit knowledge but also leadership potential. The position offers a strong possibility to promotional review for Operations Manager should the requirements and performance-based targets are met.The Operations Manager role requires the candidate to travel in Australia in periodic basis to oversee all team and work with Managing Director and Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and assess Commercial and Complex Residential loan applications
- Perform financial analysis: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Conduct credit modeling and scenario analysis using Excel
- Research lender policies and draft documentation to support credit submissions
- Conduct due diligence on clients (individual and corporate)
- Manage loan documentation and ensure alignment with credit policies
- Collaborate with the broader team on workflow improvements and client delivery standards
- 2–3 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, or commercial lending
- Degree in Accountancy, CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and scenario evaluation
- Strong command of financial documents and credit assessment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-managed
- High personal integrity and professional discretion
- Prior experience working in a Philippine commercial bank
- Familiarity with international lending or Australian credit environment
- Demonstrated leadership traits or team coordination experience
- Strong interest in growing into an operations leadership role
