Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides assistance to the Talent Manager in carrying out various administrative works as well as performing the function of official representative of the artist and ABS-CBN Star Magic to clients.Also ensures that the activities, needs, and concerns of artists are properly handled.

• Assists In Talent Handling
• Assists in the Supervision of Artist's Master Schedule
• Constant awareness of an Artist's master schedule
• Entertain booking inquiries
• Implement basic marketing efforts for all Artists consistent with the image and policiesof Star Magic
• Performs Administrative Works
• Preparation of artist's consent forms
• Routing of memos, consents, permits, and other needed forms
• Reporting of official expenses
• Filing of artist's official documents (booking contracts, receipts, correspondences, marketing paraphernalia, etc.)
• Represents Artist and ABS-CBN Star Magic
• Accompanies artist in all engagements
• Performs the Talent Handler's duties in his/her absence or when accompanying artist outside ABS-CBN
• Deals with clients at the time of the engagement
• Ensures the proper implementation of the artist's booking contract
• Ensures the implementation of Star Magic's rules and regulations
• Enforce corporate policies on conduct and behavior both of self and the artist
• Collects and receives payments on behalf of the artist and ABS-CBN
• Protect the interests of the artist and ABS-CBN at all times by practicing professional courtesy, and confidentiality with corporate matters when dealing with people outside ABS-CBN
• Supervise Artist's Activities, Needs, and Concerns
• Secures full information regarding artist bookings and engagements (dates, times, locations, venues, maps, transportation arrangements, insurance, co-stars, themes, wardrobe, prop requirements, scripts, music, etc.)
• Ensures the proper performance of Artist's responsibilities
• Ensures artist's punctuality
• Ensures artist's awareness of script or music
• Ensures that artist is fully briefed as to the nature and demands of the engagement
• Ensures artist's awareness of his/her actions taking into consideration his/her image, endorsements, and general career path
• Ensures the Physical & Emotional Well-Being of the Artist
• Ensures the artist's safety and security
• prevents instances that may affect artist's health such as excessive overtime work, not having enough rest, overload of activities, etc.
• provide counseling to the artist for both professional and personal matters

• College graduate (minimum) preferably from courses related to Mass Media Communication
• Good oral communication both in English and Filipino
• Good personal interaction skills
• Trustworthy
• Persevering and willing to work long hours
• Willing to make frequent official business travels
• Amenable to be assigned as a reliever under Star Magic
