Job Summary

The Brand Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales objectives. The role ensures that all brand activities and communications are aligned with the company's brand standards and business goals.

• Assist in the development and execution of product plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor products performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare sales and marketing reports, including campaign evaluations and performance analyses.
• Manage brand-related materials, merchandising, and point-of-sale displays to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support product launches and promotional events, including coordinating logistics and marketing requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop programs that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Maintain and update brand assets, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor budgets allocated for brand activities and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies, and business partners.

• Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, information technology or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, retail, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of product principles and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required for events and promotions.
• Familiarity of technology brands (ex. laptops, desktops, etc.)
