The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for managing and marketing Alveo Land's real estate portfolio in the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms
- Negotiate deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale
- Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products
- Meet required sales quota every quarter
- A graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
- Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
