Operations Supervisor (Construction) - Batangas

About the role

As an Operations Supervisor (Construction) at Aclan Group of Companies', you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating construction operations at our Laguna Calabarzon site. This full-time position requires exceptional organisational and leadership skills to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our construction projects.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including tradespeople, labourers and subcontractors
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to address issues and implement solutions
• Oversee the allocation of resources, equipment and materials to optimise productivity and efficiency
• Provide on-site training and support to develop the skills of the construction team
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to construction activities
• Implement and enforce health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the building and construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety practices
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specifications
• Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and industry standards
