About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in U.S. Healthcare BPO to lead quality operations, manage quality teams, and drive continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate has proven experience in healthcare quality auditing, people management, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and performance analytics using the EPIC Platform.
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Bachelor's Degree (College Graduate)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of Healthcare BPO Quality Manager experience
- Strong experience in Quality Auditing and People Management
- Experience supporting U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Hands-on experience using the EPIC Platform
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience creating dashboards from scratch
- Must be willing to work Onsite in Ortigas
- Must be willing to work Night Shift
