• Assist the design team to create visual assets for digital platforms (websites, apps, social media), print (brochures, flyers, posters), and multimedia formats (videos, presentations).
• Perform basic video editing ( such as short video editing, adding subtitles, simple effects, etc. ).
• Maintain and update existing designs, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Help with image editing, retouching, and color correction for photos, videos, and digital content.
• Design social media content and digital marketing assets to meet the needs of various campaigns.
• Handle office administrative tasks, including data organization, file management, and report preparation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and internal communication.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, or Canva is an advantage.
• A strong visual sense, an eye for detail in all aspects of design, and capable of working independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both design and non-design teams.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities, with a knack for managing tasks efficiently.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Relevant experience in the field is highly preferred.
• Amenable to start as soon as possible.
