What You’ll Be Doing- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and forecast product demand.
- Develop and maintain demand planning models to ensure accurate, data-driven forecasting.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock holdings and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply plans with business and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning processes and implement best practices.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in demand planning or a related role within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance operational efficiency and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
