Location: BGC Taguig

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant BPO experience in CSR
• Telecom, Insurance, Banking & Financial Services background preferred (but not required)
• Educational Attainment: At least 2 years in college (no back subjects/failing marks)

Availability of the following:

• Transcript of Records (TOR)/Diploma or claim stub
• Payslip/contract from current/previous employer showing salary
• SSS employment history
• Not a job hopper (e.g., long-term employment tenure preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite and in shifting schedules

Note: We are currently not hiring for candidates with no BPO experience as well as with very short tenure like 6 months of experience and below for this account.
