Location: Pasig City (Onsite)Schedule: Monday – Friday | Morning Shift
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities- Utilize advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, portfolio sites, and social media) to identify top talent.
- Review resumes, portfolios, and professional profiles to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
- Craft highly personalized and compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing Manager and recruiters to understand specific role requirements and calibrate talent pools.
- Maintain clean and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Scout, or Recruiter focusing on top-of-funnel pipeline building.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and various sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing engaging outreach.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Amenable to a Monday-to-Friday morning shift onsite in Pasig.
