Sales & Marketing Manager/Head
This opportunity is with one of our subsidiary companies, Horizon Auto Services Inc., an authorized distributor and dealership partner of BYD Cars Philippines. The company operates across branches in Metro Manila, Bicol region, and Tagbilaran.
Key Objectives:
The primary objective of the Vehicle Sales and Marketing Manager is to contribute to the growth and profitability of the company by leading and developing a strong, professional Sales Team to attain assigned targets in the most efficient and effective way, mainly in selling quality vehicles.
The Vehicle Sales and Marketing Manager maintains awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Sales and Marketing - to consistently attain monthly sales target for vehicle units, in-house insurance, car accessories and achieving key performance indicators including SSI and profitability targets;
- Finance and Administration - to ensure that the entire administration and operation of the business is within approved budget that will translate to profitability and ensure optimal use of resources for efficiency and implement policies related to accounts management;
- Human Resources and Organization - to motivate and counsel the FAPC Mandaue Sales team, build team rapport and maintain an organization of people that effectively and efficiently accomplish short-term and long-term objectives and goals of the business unit;
- Policies, Standards and Culture - to maintain a healthy and active work environment and ensure compliance with policies and standards of the Company, working closely with other department heads to ensure that the goal of the entire organization is met;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-5 year course.
- Hands-on experience in direct sales in any industry, relevant to automotive or EV industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets, budgeting, and optimizing financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales and marketing teams.
- With exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic-thinking abilities.
- Strong belief in sustainable mobility and deep familiarity with EV systems is a major advantage.
- Valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2), is a plus
