Accounting Officer
About the role
As an Accounting Officer at Zhejiang Zhongnan Green Construction Technology Group (Philippines) Corp.', you will play a key role in the company's finance and accounting operations. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will involve maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the broader accounting team.
What you'll be doing- Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintaining and updating financial databases and records
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are efficient
- Payroll preparation
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
