How You'll Make an Impact

As a Premier Helpdesk Analyst, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for key customers.
  • Provide functional and technical support across the full Travelport product range.
  • Ensure incidents are resolved or properly escalated within agreed SLAs.
  • Deliver a consistently excellent customer service experience.
Your Role in Action
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and web submissions.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve first-line technical and functional issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 teams or suppliers using proper procedures.
  • Log all incidents in the management system, tracking them through to resolution.
  • Provide clear, accurate problem descriptions to aid faster escalation and resolution.
  • Monitor incident progress, update customers proactively, and close tickets appropriately.
  • Promote self-service tools such asMyTravelportto customers.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to help improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years experiencein a Travel Agency, GDS, or Airline environment.
  • Extensive GDS knowledge Galileo preferred (Apollo also considered).
  • Experience in a multi-channel customer support environment (calls, chat, email, online).
  • FluentEnglish skills(written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer focus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
