- Review and interpret mechanical plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise installation of mechanical systems on-site.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and control budget.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site.
