Regulatory Manager

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist with 5 to 10 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in handling FDA-related registrations and compliance. This role will also provide key support to the company's day-to-day operations.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Develop, implement, and maintain operational protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Optimize inventory management and procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Drive initiatives in quality assurance and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, R&D, and sales.

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Pharm).
• Valid pharmacist license or registration (please specify jurisdiction).
• At least 5 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or industrial pharmacy setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in pharmacy management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
