As we continue to grow across multiple branches, we are looking for a detail-oriented and highly dependable Finance & Accounting Staff to support our Finance and Accounting operations.

About the Role

The Finance & Accounting Staff plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of ONELIFE’s financial records, branch reporting, and operational disbursements.

You will work closely with our accountant in supporting day-to-day bookkeeping, documentation, compliance, banking, and reporting functions across all ONELIFE branches.

This role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Bookkeeping
  • Ensure the completeness and consolidation of daily sales report submissions from all branches
  • Encode verified sales and financial transactions into QuickBooks and manual records accurately
  • Assist in maintaining organized and updated bookkeeping records and financial documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries and reports
Payment Processing & Receivables Management
  • Act as company liaison for:
  • Credit card facilities (POS)
  • Payment gateway providers
  • Banking-related concerns
  • Monitor and ensure the timely, accurate, and complete disbursement of receivables across all branches
  • Assist in verifying collections, deposits, and payment reconciliations
Expense Processing & Disbursements
  • Assist in preparing weekly expense vouchers and supporting documentation
  • Ensure all expense requests are properly documented prior to payout processing
  • Prepare checks and monitor approved disbursements
  • Maintain accurate tracking and filing of all expenses and payout records
Government Compliance & Accounting Support
  • Assist the Finance and Accounting team in preparing:
  • QuickBooks reports
  • Tax filings and submissions
  • Government compliance documentation
  • Support the timely, accurate, and complete submission of BIR and other regulatory requirements
  • Prepare BIR 2307 forms for suppliers and independent contractors
Audit & Verification Support
  • Assist in branch physical cash count audits
  • Support physical inventory audits for branches and head office
  • Manage cash remittances and perform transaction verification duties as needed.
  • Follow up required sales and accounting documents from branches
Process Improvement & Confidentiality
  • Help maintain updated finance procedures and policies
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of company financial records and information
  • Support operational improvements and process standardization initiatives
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform additional accounting, finance, and administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Prepare assigned reports and documentation as needed
Qualifications Required
  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related business courses
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred
  • Experience using QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Experience in bookkeeping, cashiering, or finance support roles is preferred
  • Familiarity with BIR documentation and compliance processes is a plus
