About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AI Video Content Coordinator to help transform product photos into high-quality videos using AI tools. Your tasks will include uploading materials, writing prompts, reviewing AI-generated videos, and making sure they meet our creative standards.

This role is fast paced, so you’ll need to manage several projects at once, give clear feedback to improve results, and stay composed when facing tight deadlines or unexpected challenges.

1. Upload static product images into AI video tools and generate branded video content.
2. Craft clear, creative, and strategic prompts tailored to each product or campaign.
3. Review AI-generated videos and identify when revisions or regenerations are needed.
4. Regenerate videos as needed to refine and deliver high-quality results quickly.
5. Provide clear, constructive feedback within the AI platform and/or to internal teams.
6. Track and organize assets and outputs across projects, ensuring consistency and version control.
7. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand goals.

1. Experience in content creation, video editing tools, AI platforms, or digital asset management.
2. Strong visual instincts and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
3. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for crafting prompts and providing clear, constructive feedback.
4. Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus, but not required, we’re happy to train the right candidate.
