Learning and Development Trainer (Sales and Technical Training)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Trainer who will train, coach, and elevate our Sales and After-Sales teams. This role is focused on product training, sales enablement, and technical support capability building—ensuring our teams are confident in presenting, demonstrating, and supporting our diagnostic solutions.
If you have experience in training sales teams, conducting product demos, or working in medical/technical environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Training- Train Sales Teams on product knowledge, positioning, and competitive advantages
- Conduct product demos, role plays, and field coaching
- Support After-Sales/Service Teams on basic product handling and customer support
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (onboarding, refresher, advanced sessions)
- Translate product manuals and technical info into easy-to-understand sales and training materials
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with sales and service gaps
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Work closely with Sales Heads and Managers to improve team performance
- Develop training decks, guides, videos, and assessment tools
- Maintain training records and track progress via LMS or internal tools
- Continuously update materials based on product and market changes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in training, sales enablement, or product training
- Background in medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or technical sales is a strong advantage
- Experience in conducting product demos, client presentations, or field coaching
- Strong communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Confident presenter with ability to simplify technical concepts
