Operations Analyst

Position Description:

• Provide key support for cross-functional operations activities e.g. business intelligence/reporting, operational excellence hygiene and compliance
• Provide guidance to business development (BD) leaders through the Executive Step Review (ESR) process and related steps in CRM – ensuring alignment to the frameworks and enabling BD leaders to focus on growing our business
• Generate high-quality reports on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis with a focus on attention to detail and reducing processing errors
• Perform ad-hoc analysis of data and processes
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts as identified, including proposing process improvements
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead and/or Service Delivery Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course, preferably with 1-2 years of working experience
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail and process-oriented
• Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of processes
• Must have intermediate to advance knowledge with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
• Good analytical skills
• Good with process documentation
• Ability to adapt in a changing environment as requirements and landscape shift
• Willing to work on shifting assignments
