Job Summary

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and dependable Marketing and Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, client communication, and social media for our early years classes. You'll be our company's heart — making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage class lists, bookings, and parent communications
• Maintain and update teacher schedules
• Oversee attendance, payments, and enrollment records
• Coordinate logistics for classes and events
• Search for and secure new venues (e.g., swimming pools)

• Create social media content (photos, videos, captions)
• Schedule and manage posts and ads (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
• Monitor inquiries and promote new class offerings
• Update flyers, welcome packs, and program info

• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Creative and confident in using social media platforms
• Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Bonus: Can swim (25 m comfortably) and can surface dive 2m deep
• Bonus: Can drive around Metro Manila
• Bonus: Experience in growing a business

• 5 days per week (flexible scheduling)
• Weekend availability preferred
• Office-based with local travel as needed

• ₱30,000/month gross (includes government-mandated benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
