VIRTUAL ASSISTANT – REMOTE POSITION

Work with a growing business across Automotive, Lifestyle, and E-Commerce sectors

We’re looking for a multi-talented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help us grow across multiple industries. Please note this is a long-term role, with flexibility, stability, and the opportunity for paid travel and career development.

• Core Responsibilities

• - Post daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok
• - Create and manage social media accounts
• - Create designs for posts, reels, and web use
• - Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to assist in brand consistency
• - Basic video editing skills

• - Be familiar with Shopify platform
• - Manage and update existing Shopify store
• - Building new e-commerce sites across multiple verticals
• - Ensure listings are optimized with SEO and quality content
• - Constantly manage and update existing marketing applications

• - Interpret Japanese car auction reports (assistance via translator is acceptable)
• - Provide daily spreadsheets with summaries of outlined results and insights
• - Look for sales patterns and trends across certain JDM models
• - Be willing to learn and build basic knowledge of the JDM vehicle space

• - Write and assist with blog posts, product descriptions, and basic email content
• - Help implement and improve SEO-driven content strategies

• - Experience in social media management
• - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• - Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce workflows
• - Strong skills in spreadsheets and market trend analysis
• - Ability to interpret and report on Japanese car auctions
• - A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the role

• - Ongoing remote work with a stable, long-term outlook
• - Computer equipment can be provided as skill set grows

• Location: Remote

Must have a strong and consistent internet connection

• Pay: 3 Month Trial period of ₱25, 000 with salary starting at ₱35,000 for permanent position. With benefits
