About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking an experienced AutoCAD Operator to join our team in our Balagtas Bulacan location. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering efforts and driving the success of our projects.

What you'll be doing

Producing detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for various engineering and manufacturing projects
Collaborating with engineers and designers to interpret project specifications and requirements
Making revisions and updates to drawings based on feedback and design changes
Maintaining accurate and organised digital records of all engineering drawings and documentation
Providing support and guidance to junior drafting staff as needed
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an AutoCAD Operator, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD software and its various tools and functionalities
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
