Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Creation & Management
  • Develop and execute high-quality digital content including social media posts, captions, promotional materials, and website content.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to produce engaging visuals, videos, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity, tone, and messaging guidelines.
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Support online marketing efforts to increase engagement, traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
  1. Social Media Management
  • Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms).
  • Schedule and publish content consistently to maintain strong online presence.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
  1. E-Commerce & Paid Advertising
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

o Facebook Ads

o Instagram Ads

o TikTok Ads

o Google Ads
  • Manage e-commerce platforms including Shopee and Lazada.
  • Optimize product listings, banners, pricing visibility, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven improvements to maximize ROI.
  1. Performance Tracking & Analytics
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and e-commerce dashboards.
  • Prepare reports on campaign results, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  1. Team Supervision & Coordination
  • Supervise and guide one Marketing Staff and one Marketing Intern.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor output to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager regarding priorities, campaigns, and updates.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  1. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in campaigns and content strategy.
  • Use insights to strengthen marketing performance and brand positioning.
  1. Brand Consistency & Compliance
  • Ensure all marketing outputs follow brand guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience across all platforms.
  • Uphold quality standards in all marketing executions.
