Provide Professional and Technical Support to customers and partners (e.g., local service companies and Fuji Electric related) on Low Voltage inverter and Medium Voltage Drives System with industrial component and instrument.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct start-up, commissioning, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of LV inverters and MV drives
• Provide technical support and training to customers and service partners
• Perform site analysis and troubleshooting during emergencies or equipment issues
• Coordinate site work activities and prepare test equipment in collaboration with partners
• Ensure timely documentation, including service reports and technical records
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality and meet department goals
• Monitor and track tasks effectively for internal reporting and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Engineer in industrial settings
• Strong technical background in inverters, AC drives, and automation systems
• Project management and document control experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-driven, fast learner, and results-oriented
• Effective in collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
