SALES ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: GF Uptown Parade Bridgelink, Uptown Bonifacio, The Fort, Taguig, Metro Manila

A Sales Associate provides excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, answering product questions, and processing sales, while also contributing to store operations like maintaining displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and presentable.

Key duties include achieving sales goals, processing payments, managing returns, and resolving customer issues. Essential skills for the role are communication, product knowledge, a customer-focused attitude, and basic math and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement:
Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them find products.
  • Sales & Transactions:
Process customer purchases, handle payments at the point-of-sale (POS) system, and manage returns and refunds.
  • Product Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered to answer customer questions effectively.
  • Store Operations:
Keep the sales floor and merchandise clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Merchandising:
Create visually appealing displays and ensure signs and promotions are up-to-date.
  • Customer Service & Problem-Solving:

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner to maintain positive relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Customer Service: A friendly, energetic, and proactive attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
