As we continue to grow our portfolio of short- and long-term rental properties, we are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Marketing and Guest Relations Associate to support marketing initiatives, guest engagement, booking operations, and daily coordination activities.
This position is ideal for a young professional who enjoys both hospitality and marketing, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview
The Marketing and Guest Relations Associate will work closely with the General Manager in supporting:
- Social media marketing and brand awareness
- Guest relations and customer experience
- Leasing and booking support
- OTA (Online Travel Agency) communications
- Operational and Administrative support
The successful candidate should be personable, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, familiar with digital marketing, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Brand Promotion- Assist in marketing and leasing efforts for short- and long-term rental units (daily to monthly stays)
- Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms
- Monitor and support online review management and guest engagement
- Assist in strengthening the Hause App brand and digital presence (content creation)
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay
- Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience while maintaining high satisfaction ratings
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate operational issues when necessary
- Monitor reservations, occupancy schedules, and booking calendars across multiple platforms
- Coordinate unit preparation, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance follow-ups
- Assist in identifying and developing potential corporate and institutional clients
- Coordinate with organizations such as government agencies, language schools, aesthetic clinics, training centers, and corporate offices requiring accommodation support
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and partnership materials
Preferred Qualifications/ Educational Background

- Exposure to hospitality, customer service, marketing, leasing, or communications is an advantage
