The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling marketing materials for digital and print platforms. This role supports brand campaigns, store promotions, and online marketing efforts, including social media content, website visuals, and paid advertising creatives.
The position requires a strong understanding of branding, digital trends, and basic knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Creative & Design- Design social media graphics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create posters, menus, standees, tarpaulins, and in-store promotional materials
- Develop campaign visuals for store openings and seasonal promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Prepare print-ready and web-optimized design files
- Perform basic photo editing and video editing when needed
- Design creatives for Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns (SEM)
- Create banner ads, landing page visuals, and promotional ad graphics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize visuals for keyword-based campaigns (SEO support)
- Assist in creating visually optimized website content to improve search ranking
- Ensure image sizes, alt text suggestions, and web graphics follow SEO best practices
- Monitor performance feedback from digital campaigns and adjust creative materials accordingly
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1–2 years experience in graphic design
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe IllustratorCanva
- Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro is a plus)
- Basic understanding of:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing / Google Ads)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Experience in food, retail, or restaurant industry is an advantage
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends
- Ability to work under pressure during campaign launches
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical mindset for improving ad creatives
- Experience handling Google Ads creatives
- Familiarity with social media ad campaigns
- Knowledge of branding strategy and content marketing
