Network and Product Planning Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement product and network expansion strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend strategic locations for new branches nationwide.
- Conduct market, demographic, competitor, and traffic analysis to support branch expansion and relocation decisions.
- Create, manage, and continuously update master files related to strategic planning, including but not limited to:
- Motorcycle model and variant master files
- Branch and regional network master files
- Market demand and sales performance databases
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all Masterfile used for strategy formulation and management reporting.
- Monitor branch performance and recommend improvements in product mix, inventory deployment, and network coverage.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to align product planning and network strategies.
- Track industry trends, competitor expansions, and new motorcycle model launches to identify opportunities and risks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in product planning, network planning, retail expansion, or dealership operations
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly preferred
- Proven experience in data management and strategic Masterfile maintenance
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Knowledge of motorcycle product categories, dealer network operations, and inventory planning
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong data discipline, results-driven and proactive
