Job Summary:

As a Back-Office Support Associate, you’ll be responsible for analyzing and responding to email inquiries, addressing consumer concerns, and resolving issues related to cashback discrepancies and missing rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to email inquiries promptly with clear and effective communication.
  • Investigate and resolve cashback and missing reward discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes and providing accurate solutions.
  • Manage and streamline workflows to ensure efficient case handling.
  • Segment tasks to improve service delivery and meet consumer needs.
  • Advocate for consumers by ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months BPO work experience
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
