About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects within the Engineering industry.
What you'll be doing- Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for electrical and electronics engineering projects
- Monitoring project costs and budgets, and providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Providing technical support and advice to project teams
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor status or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronics systems, auxiliary including design, installation, and maintenance
- Proficient in cost estimation, contract management, and budget control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
