Job Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse In-Charge- Supervise and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries, and returns, using manual logs and/or warehouse systems as required.
- Oversee inventory management processes including stock replenishment, cycle counting, and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies and stockouts.
- Coordinate closely with store teams and other departments to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of supply requests and replenishments.
- Monitor the proper handling, labeling, and storage of all products to maintain product integrity and quality.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe warehouse environment, ensuring full compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
- Report regularly on warehouse metrics, stock levels, and operational concerns to management, and recommend improvements where applicable.
