Now Hiring: Virtual Assistant (Scheduling Specialist)We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to manage calendars, confirm availability with insured clients, and ensure smooth scheduling for inspections. This position requires excellent communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English skills, excellent and strong attention to detail to ensure that appointments run efficiently. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed schedules and coordinating appointments between insured clients and inspectors. This is a remote, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The focus of the role is on scheduling and managing appointments for our field staff and clients within the insurance inspection industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to insured clients via phone, email, and text to schedule inspections.
  • Coordinate appointment times with inspectors across multiple U.S. time zones.
  • Update schedules using our internal tools and software (training provided).
  • Follow up on reschedules or changes promptly to avoid disruptions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure clear and effective coordination.

Requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines with excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Prior experience in scheduling, customer service, or virtual assistance is preferred.
  • Strong internet connection and backup power/internet setup.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours with at least 4 hours overlap.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Noise-cancelling headphones

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive, Ring Central and Road Warrior.
  • A quiet home workspace and clear communication style
