Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Edge Banding Machine Operator to operate and maintain the edge banding machine for the production of high-quality boards and panels.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the edge banding machine to apply edge tape on boards and panels.
- Prepare and load materials into the machine before operation.
- Ensure proper alignment and adhesion of edge bands during production.
- Inspect finished panels to ensure quality and smooth finishing.
- Adjust machine settings based on material type and thickness.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Report machine problems or production issues to the supervisor.
Qualification:
- With experience in Edge Banding machine operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge in furniture, cabinetry, or panel board production is preferred.
- Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Know how to use CorelDRAW
