Data Analyst II | REMOTE

Schedule: 9PM - 6AM MNL | M-F

The Data Analyst II is responsible for conducting advanced data analyses, interpreting complex data sets, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This position will generate reports and share findings with necessary stakeholders.

• Collect, organize, and process complex larger sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support business decisions and objectives
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Maintain data integrity and security
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing tasks
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data processing and analysis
• Participate in the development and implementation of data-related projects
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of experience in data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center environment
• Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, etc.
• Familiarity with data management and visualization tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
