Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret mechanical plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Supervise installation of mechanical systems on-site.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates.
- Monitor project costs and control budget.
- Coordinate with project team, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in procurement and material evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
- With experience in construction and Quantity Surveying.
- Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site.
- CAN STAY IN AT SITE.
