About the role

Join the growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' and work as a Call Center Agent for one of our leading telecommunication (TELCO) clients in our Cagayan de Oro office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our TELCO customers.

What you'll be doing
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through problem resolution
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhering to all quality and compliance standards set by the company and our TELCO client
What we're looking for
  • At least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad with 6mos. or without BPO experience
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and provide a positive customer experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Basic computer and technical skills to navigate customer service platforms and systems
  • Fluency in both English and the local language (Cebuano)
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service
