The Human Resources Staff is responsible for supporting the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, training, records management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, memoranda, notices, certifications, and other HR correspondence.
Handle employee concerns and support employee relations activities.
Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
Monitor employee performance evaluation and regularization schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Prepare HR reports and perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
