Assistant Manager for Corporate Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market study using tools such as but not limited to FGDs, social listening, etc. to design a sound communications and digital marketing strategy that will improve brand value, brand positioning, increase awareness, increase engagement, push campaigns and generate leads/potential enrollees;
  • Content creation and duration:
  • Draft digital content such as but not limited to videos, social cards for social media content (concept, design, and copy), emailers, ads, etc;
  • Determine and propose relevant news and articles that can be featured as content across the different social media channels;
  • Ensure and observe strict timeline for activations;
  • Ensure quality control of all drafted materials to be submitted to the department head for approval;
  • Ensure that all content from all channels (website, social media, pub mats etc)are all synced and updated;
  • Community build and engagement – build and strengthen the relationship between audience and brand by interacting with iACADEMY's community through relevant platforms such as but not limited to comments and chat online;
  • Monitoring and analysis - provide status reports with recommendations to improve current practices for the community’s continued growth;
  • Draft PRs, statements, messages and speeches;
  • Ensure media placements through PR;
  • Conducts Career Orientation Seminar;
  • Additional tasks or changes may be given as deemed necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Strong creative skills with hands-on experience in drafting, designing, and managing digital content across platforms (social media, email, video, ads).
  • Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent command of English—both written and verbal—with experience drafting press releases, official statements, messages, and speeches.
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality rollout of marketing initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and tasks with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to synchronize brand messaging across multiple channels (e.g., website, social media,).
  • Skilled in community building and engagement, with a strategic approach to audience interaction and retention.
  • Experience in media relations, securing placements, and organizing or conducting events such as career orientations or PR activities.
  • Team-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments.
