Job Summary: Drive client success as an Advanced Technical Support by bridging the gap between complex advertising technology and seamless integration. This role specializes in troubleshooting TikTok Pixel, Events API, and SDK implementations, utilizing SQL and API debugging to ensure accurate data flow and campaign attribution.
Key Responsibilities- Integration & Troubleshooting: Serve as the technical lead for TikTok Pixel, Events API, and SDK implementations, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and data flow for clients.
- Technical Debugging: Analyze API request/response logs and execute complex SQL queries to diagnose tracking discrepancies and resolve server-side integration failures.
- Engineering Collaboration: Partner with backend developers and product managers to escalate bugs, perform QA testing on new features, and provide detailed error analyses.
- Optimization & Documentation: Assist clients in campaign performance optimization via attribution insights while creating standardized technical guides for internal and external use.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in backend product support, ad tech engineering, or technical integrations (BPO or SaaS background preferred).
- Technical Skills: * Strong SQL expertise for data extraction and reporting.
- Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and SDK implementation.
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, or Google Ads environments.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: Work at the forefront of AdTech, gaining deep expertise in API-led tracking and server-side integration.
