Customer Support Specialist (Chat/Email) | Non-Voice Account

Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: On-site (Virtual Processing Available)

Salary Package: ₱26,000 – ₱35,000 Monthly

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service through chat and email channels. This is a non-voice account designed for candidates who prefer written communication and a structured, non-toxic work environment.

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience
  • Document all interactions and update customer records as needed
  • Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
Qualifications
  • At least High School Graduate (SHS preferred)
  • With or without BPO experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Typing proficiency and computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
