Salary Package: ₱26,000 – ₱35,000 Monthly
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service through chat and email channels. This is a non-voice account designed for candidates who prefer written communication and a structured, non-toxic work environment.
You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account concerns
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive experience
- Document all interactions and update customer records as needed
- Follow company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
- At least High School Graduate (SHS preferred)
- With or without BPO experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Good written communication skills in English
- Typing proficiency and computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
