What this internship is about

You’ll help the Brand & Marketing Manager run campaigns smoothly—from planning to launch to reporting. You’ll work with internal teams (like Sales, Partnerships, Product, Ops) and sometimes advertising agencies to make sure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and campaigns stay on track.

This is a good role for students who are organized, like coordinating with people, and want real experience managing marketing work.

1. Support campaign planning and creation

• Help build simple campaign plans (what’s the goal, who it’s for, key message, channels, timeline).
• Assist in writing briefs for internal teams or agencies (we’ll provide templates).

1. Manage always-on marketing

• Help keep “always-on” campaigns running (regular ads/content that run weekly/monthly).
• Track what’s live, what needs updating, and what’s next on the calendar.
• Help with refreshes (new versions of ads, new messages, updated offers).

1. Coordinate with internal departments and agencies

• Follow up with teammates and agencies on deliverables and deadlines.
• Schedule check-ins, take notes, and send clear action items after meetings.
• Keep everyone aligned so work doesn’t get stuck.

1. Project management and monitoring

• Maintain trackers (campaign status, asset tracker, approvals, timelines).
• Make sure tasks are moving and flag blockers early.
• Monitor campaign performance basics (spend, leads, clicks, reach—depending on the campaign).
• Help summarize results and key learnings in a simple weekly report.

• You’re organized and can manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
• You communicate clearly and professionally (chat + email).
• You’re comfortable following up with people (politely but consistently).
• You’re detail-oriented—good at trackers, deadlines, and catching missing info.
• You can learn fast and take feedback well.
• Comfortable with Sheets/Excel and Canva and basic reporting.
• Taking up Brand & Marketing Management, Advertising, or any related courses.

• Has experience in school orgs/projects where you managed timelines or events.

• Microsoft software
• Canva (for presentations, we'll give you pro access)
• Slack (for internal comms), Viber/WhatsApp (for external comms)
